Correct spelling, explanation: the base word here is the verb to enroll to which we can add the -ment suffix in order to create a noun. This is a simple process, nothing really changes here, so two L’s stay where they stood.
Definition of enrollment:
noun
1. To sign up for a course, a school, university, etc.
The number of papers and exams needed for enrollment in a law school was overwhelming.
The current drop in enrollment will likely affect both faculty and administrators.
Incorrect spelling, explanation: enrolement is an incorrect word because considering word-formation processes, it should’ve been based on a non-existent base word to enrole. In English, there is no such word, so it cannot be used as a version of enrollment.

Neither ‘enrolement’ nor ‘enrollment’ are correct. Enrolment is the correct English spelling. With all due respect, please do not allow for the tired excuse of ‘American English’. That is an oxymoron representing a euphemism for illiteracy.
That is surely correct. I’d like to thank you for that info!
That’s really easy, I adore your English dictionary, thank you!
