The root word is the middle English ‘bestial’ (of or relating to beasts) so it would be bestiality. The misspelling of it as beastiality is becoming common enough that it is beginning to enter into the mainstream.
The root word is beast. It rhymes with feast. Just because some snotty Brit decided to change the vowel sound in beastiality to rhyme with best, doesn’t mean I pronounce it that way, nor do most Americans. I will continue to spell it beAstiality, because it reflects both the correct spelling of the root, as well as the pronunciation.
